Assess and Improve your Data Quality.
The success of any campaign is always underpinned by the quality of your data to ensure its effectiveness to reach the right person, with the right information. Use the time prior to sending any renewal communication to validate your members core data. At a minimum we recommend validating: membership categories, graduate or student upgrades, financial dates, emails that may have bounced and that you have mobile phone numbers you can use.
